Cultural heritage should be preserved and passed on to younger generations of crafts persons.

Potentials existing in the region on crafts and establishing ways to improve the social life of rural residents are key objectives of the EU-CART project.

The project wants to pool two social categories of adults: those who practice traditional crafts at hobby or subsistence to those who want to learn these trades and to develop their own business by selling handmade products. Innovative and suitable entrepreneurship courses and networking activities shall help them in doing so.
